Description
Portrait of a young man, walking left to right, wearing buckled shoes, tattered breeches, a blue coat and what appears to be a bicorn hat with cockade. He has his eyes closed and his carrying a large stick under his right arm. Available on CD 158.

Further Information
The drawing was the basis for the engraving of a 'Buck' in the series 'Gradation from a Greenhorn to a Blood' (BM Sat 7787, published by Holland in 1790). In the print he is wearing a round hat and carrying a smaller stick.
