Description	The majority of these catalogues would appear to have been collected by Thomas Pares II. Some of the catalogues of prints, engravings and paintings were sent to him in advance of the sale, and many are annotated with prices reached. Some of the sale particulars may relate to properties bought or sold by the Pares family; many however may have been collected purely out of interest.
