Derbyshire: Ockbrook
Date
1583-1820
Description
Thomas Pares purchased one-tenth of the manor of Ockbrook from Sir James Winter Lake, baronet, in 1786, along with the Hopwell estate [see series D5336/1/7]. The manor had been divided into ten shares in 1583 [see D5336/1/10/41].
