Lease from George Cure of Laverty, Sussex, esq., to John Brereton of the Inner Temple, London, gent, of the rectory or parsonage of Repton and Newton Solney, with all houses, lands, tithes, etc, for 30 years after the death of Anne Cure, the mother of the said George Cure, if she survives and outlives a term of 21 years in an earlier lease as in 3788, or for 21 years if she dies before the end of the said term, at the annual rent of £60, 15 Jul 32 Eli I [1590]
