Indenture by Monsieur John Solney 'chevalier' and John Foucher of Egginton and Ermentrude his wife citing assize of novel disseisin agreed between them to have manor of Newton Solney valued and divided by "four good and wise men", moiety assigned to Foucher and his wife to be granted by them to Solney for their lives; if waste more than 10 marks is caused, Foucher and wife can re-enter
