Deed of exchange pursuant to an Act to enclose the common land in the manor of Egginton, whereby the Guardians of Sir Henry Every of Egginton, baronet (Daniel Parker Coke, Abraham Hoskins and John Fowler) give up to Ashton Nicholas Mosley a parcel of land called the Inkhorn Hill and a parcel of land on Egginton Heath, and an oxgang of land in the open fields of Newton Solney, and Ashton Nicholas Mosley gives up to the Guardians the Brown Moors and a parcel of land in Egginton, and the Upper Smoothland in Newton Solney
