Provisional lease for 99 years by Lord Byron to Lady Byron of Ratchdale [Rochdale] Lancashire tithes and hereditaments to secure £300 per annum and of Bulwell Park, Nottinghamshire and 5 farms and 2 cottages in Hucknall Torkard, Nottinghamshire, to secure £500 per annum, in settlement of debt to Lady Byron charged on estate by William's father Richard, Lord Byron. Both deeds to be void if Rochdale estate disencumbered within 2 months. 29, 30 Aug
