Earl of Chesterfield and Lord Stanhope release to trustees: Bretby and Sawley manors, etc.; 174 acres land, 20 acres meadow and 60 acres pasture in former monastic precinct of Shelford, Nottinghamshire, with Shelford manor; East Howe, the Parke, and woods in Gedling, Nottinghamshire; rectories of Shelford, Newton and Saxendale, Nottinghamshire; manors of Bingham, Whatton, Aslaston or Asloughton, Nottingham; manor of Bocton Maleherbe with park and rectory, and manors of Bursecombe Wardens and East Farborne, Kent; messuage in Bocton Maleherbe, Bursecombe Wardens, Marley or Leigh, Leneham, Harrietsham, Egerton, Charing, Fillhollmill, Sturrey, and East Farborne, Kent; site of late monastery of Bellalands or Byland with appurtenances in Byland, Cookold, Pilburne, Wasse, Goswole or Oswald, Yorkshire, late of Katherine, Countess of Chesterfield; manor of Bubbehill, one third of Dossett or Burton Dossett manor, with lands also in Wexembury, Streton, and Walson, Warwickshire, Nottinghamshire, property to Philip, Lord Stanhope, for life, trustees taking £300 per annum pin money, remainder to Elizabeth for life as jointure.
