Title
Admission in Ireton Wood manor court of Edith Botham and Benjamin Wigley, Elizabeth Bateman surrendered a messuage at Ireton Wood inhabited by John Greatorex, a close called Jauney Field, Hanginge Acre, Round Meadowe or Little Meadowe, Mite Meadowe, Far Barakwalls (except 2 acres thereof), the Lydyard, and to Eyrefields, John Greatorex and Margaret his wife for their lives, and then to John Botham, for life with remainder as directed by his will. John Botham, now dead, devised the said lands to his wife Edith and to Benjamin Wigley, for the life of Edith and then to Benjamin in fee simple.12 May
