Title	Clews of Chellaston Rent Accounts
Date	1909-1918
Description	These Rent Accounts give details of property in Shelton Lock, Chellaston and Allenton owned by the Clews Family. Included are details of the name of the property, name of tenant, rent and whether the rent was paid or in arrears. Rent was paid quarterly in March, June, September and December with each quarter-day having its own Rent Account. Each Rent Account was accompanied by a bundle of receipts for that quarter giving details of rates, building work, painting and decorating etc.
