Lease for 37 years by Samuel Simpson now of Dunstall Lodge, Staffordshire, esq, to John Leigh Philips and Francis Philips, both of Manchester, cotton manufacturers, of piece of land lately enclosed from Litton Frith called Cressbrook Green with buildings and other recited lands formerly in possession of Baker and Bossley but now of John Leigh and Francis Philips, with other closes, ways and dams, and right to dam waters to present level in so far as Simpson can grant right, and fishing in dams on Cressbrook Green
