Feb. 28 1759 Agreement between Stephen Pattison and Jonathan Bromehead grocer of Eckington for conveyance of a house and land in Barlbrough. 3. Mar. 23 1759 Lease for a year from Pattison to Bromhead of house and lands as in 2. 4. Mar. 24 1759 As 3. Release. 5. As 4. Stephen Pattison and Ralph his son, mason, to J. Bromehead. Bond to indemnify against dower of Jane, wife of Stephen. 6. Ca. 1799 Land Tax Assessment on house occupied by Overseers of the Poor, with land, the property of John Soales at Barlborough. 7. Feb. 21 1804 Sale from John Scales grocer, heir of J. Bromehead, to C. H. Rodes, of house and land as in previous deeds (boundaries given).
