1. Jan.14 1718 Sale from John Chambers to Gervas Taylor of lands (particulars given) in Barlbrough.
2. Jan. 3 1733 Copy of above.
3. As 2 Sale from Gervas Taylor to John Pattison of a piece of the above land (boundaries given).
4. Mar. 27 1738 Lease for a year from John Pattison and others to John Copeland, butler to Sir F. Rodes, of 2 messuages at the west end of Barlebrough.
5. Mar. 28 1738 as 4. Release.
6. Easter 1738 Fine from Pattison etc. to Copeland of property as above.
7. Apr. 17 1730 Will of John Copeland, also –
Apr. 3 1742 Appointment by Thomas Smalbroke at Chesterfield of Ann Butcher to administer his effects.
8. Jan. 28 1743 Sale from Gervas Taylor to Anne Butcher of land in Barlebrough.
9. Jan. 26 1747 Lease for a year from Anne Butcher to John Norborne and William Wilkinson of the two messuages of No. 4, and land (in trust on her intended marriage with Charles Hagg).

11. May 12 1784 Lease for a year from Jonathan Booth and others to Hannah West of 2 messuages in Barlbrough.
