[John] Gauntley, Senior, Bakewell. Small illustration of large house partially obscured by adjoining hillside. Pencil notes added. Scale 20 chains to 2.5 inches.
b(i). Plan of part of Parwich, Tissington & Thorpe. Partition of areas. Field numbers etc. Surveyor Ro. J. C. Mc J(? or T). Dated 14 may (18)57. Scale 6 chains to 1 inch.
b(ii). Schedule in 3 parts of properties relating to Francis Roe as in D504/P/90 b(i).
