Item /37/19 Conveyance by Mrs Catherine M Brittlebank of Winster widow to William Bennett of Chapel en le Frith gent 26 Sep 1868. Item /37/21 Conveyance by William Bennett's executor to Chapel trustees in trust for School and Sunday School, already built on land, 31 Oct 1891. Item numbered /37/22 Plan of land proposed to be bought by the Trustees distinguishing the original purchase and other land. Scale 20 feet to 1 inch, size 40 x 24 cms, (19th cent)
