Administrative History	Under a Commercial Transfer Agreement of 2018 (DCC/LG/CX/3521) Langwith Bassett Community Primary School ceased to exist and was replaced with an academy.
Custodial History	These records were received in Derbyshire Record Office in several accessions, dated as follows: 07 May 1998; 22 March 2007; 26 November 2009. The first of these accessions was a bequest. The subsequent two accessions were deposits. Ownership passed to Derbyshire County Council when the school ceased to exist.
