Archivist Note
This file was temporarily withdrawn by the depositor in January 2025 for the purpose of registering the land. When it was returned, it seems the solicitor's acting on behalf of the council had re-ordered some papers within the file, with staples and paper clips removed and replace. It was not possible to fully reconstruct the order of the papers at the time the file was withdrawn as only sub-files were numbered not individual pages. Numbered pages were returned to their original order but unnumbered pages remain in the place in which they were returned. However, the order of the file when it was withdrawn was not likely to have been the original archival order, as many of the pages were not in chronological order, for example. 16/12/2025, BS.
