Title
Assignment by John Francis Weymouth the younger of Holloway Road (Mx) and Sydney Constable of Surbiton (Sy) to WE Constable and Co., in consideration of 1400 £5 preference shares in the said company to Weymouth, 400 £5 preference shares to Constable, 115 £100 debenture bonds to James Hugh Parkin of Ullswater (Westmoreland) and 98 £100 debenture bonds together with £5 9 6s 10d to John Francis Weymouth the elder, of the above leasehold premises, it having been agreed that the said premises should be transferred to the company together with the Bagbie or Wigtown Bay Granite Quarries at Wigtown Bay, Kirkcudbrightshire, Scotland, and certain business premises and depots of Weymouth and Constable, 27 Feb.
