Whereas by indenture dated 15 October 10 James I [1612] Alsop has for sum of £234 conveyed to Robinson two messuages and diverse, lands, tenements etc., in Hill Somersal, Robinson may retain £78 of the £234 until all incumbrances against Thomas Everard one of the sons of John Everard of Hill Somersal are removed
