Reciting that by agreement of 28 June last Walter Vernon surrendered to the Heveninghams, Mary, Edward and Margaret Vernon, all his estate in two messuages or tenements in Hillsomersall, the Heveninghams etc have enfeoffed to Harestaffe and Allen the two messuages to the use of Walter Vernon and Mary his wife for their lives
