To be held for the lives of William and Thomas annual rent of 2s 8d, also to make two appearances at their Great Court at Sudbury also the grain growing on the said land to be milled at their mill of Sudbury “at a twentieth of the grain” (ad vicessimun granum – as Okeover)
Witnesses: Walter de Mungom[er]y John de Mungom[er]y John de Shauyntton, Henry de Oselaston, Henry Mathew and others.
Dated Saturday on the feast of Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary 15 Edward III
