Declaration by Roger de Dounes that if he fails to pay the rent for amessuage, toft and garden in the vill of Coton conveyed to him by Lord Robert de Pipe and Thomas his son, then the said Robert, Thomas or one of them may repossess and hold the said messuage toft and gardnes.
