Description | Covenant between Lord William de Vernon and Lady Petronilla le Sage, Lady of Tymmor, that the said Petronilla and her heirs are accustomed to fish in the water with nets and baskets betweeen the holme of St Edith and the mill of Tymmor without impediment of the said William or his heirs outside the bays, pond and mill. It is known that the said Lord William de Vernon and his heirs are accustomed at the same time to fish in the water between the said holme of St Edith and the said mill with impediment of the said Lady Petronilla or her heirs with nets, baskets and engines . The said Lord William de Vernon may have the whole fishing and fishery of the bays and mill of the said Petronilla and her heirs.
