Also two shillings rent with appurtenances in Fradley arising annually from William de Fradley and his heirs for lands which William holds of the fee of Philip de Somerville and all his lands, mills, rents and services in Hilton, Essington, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Stafford, Little Wyrley,Stretton, Penkridge, Pillaton Hall, Huntington, and Lichfield (all Staffordshire) and Bridgnorth (Shropshire) which they hold by gift of John son of John.
Witnesses: Philip de Somerville, Henry de Didsbury, knight; Richard Hillary, clerk of Wolstanton; William le Campion; John de Whiston; Robert de Shareshill; William de Wyrley; William at Holt of Hilton, John de Ryecroft, Robert Costey of Shareshill, Philip Fleming, and others. Dated at Hilton, Sunday after St Agatha the Virgin, 17the year of the reign of Edward III.
