Description	Parties: (1) Robert Fitzherbert of Painsley, county of Stafford, gentleman, and Dorothy his wife, and (2) Francis Fitzherbert of Somersal Herbert, gentleman, their son and heir apparent. To be held for a term of 60 year or as long as Robert Fitzherbert and his wife Dorothy shall live, for the annual rent of a peppercorn. Dated 15 July 15th year of the reign of King James. Parchment sheet, with two seals on tags, signed by Robt Fitzherbert. Endorsed with old number "S.S. I. 6"
