Property including all messuages, cottages, lands, tenements, rents, services and hereditaments in Somersal Herbert, West Broughton, Marston Montgomery and Doveridge.
In consideration of £20.
Dated 7 January 20th year of reign of King Charles.
Parchment sheet, with seal on tag, signed by John Fitzherbert.
