Description	Parties: (1) Sir Richard Fleetwood of Colwich, county of Stafford, baronet, (2) John Hayne of Offcote, parish of Ashbourne, gentleman, and (3) George Vernon of Sudbury, esquire. Reciting lease by the King to Edward Vernon, 1 December 1660, assignment by Vernon to George Bowyer, 4 Dec 1660, and asssignment by Bowyer to Richard Fleetwood, 16 January 19th year of reign of King Charles II [1668]. Dated 20 March 25th year of reign of King Charles II. Two parchment sheets, with seal in paper wrapping on tag, signed by Rich Fleetwood, and seal wrapped in paper on tag, signed by Jo. Hayne.
