Title
Copy probate of James Middleton of Tideswell, plumber and glazier, devising all his messuages and lands at Tideswell and elsewhere to his nephews Thomas and John Frith and his niece Euphemia Frith, as tenants in common, with all his money invested at interest, in trust to pay his wife Mary, one third of the rents as dower and to pay his brother, John Middleton, and his sisters Elizabeth Frith and Mary Barnard half the remaining rents and half the interest for life, with the remainder of his goods and chattels to Thomas Frith. 14 Dec
