Records for each parcel of property the occupier, number on plan, cultivation, timber valuation, acreage, annual valuation. At the front are totals, notes on tithes and outgoings, general observations and an account of conveyances and surrenders to Messrs Strutt, recording reference to writings [deeds etc] with box numbers etc, dates and vendors, numbers [?on plans] dates of enfranchisements. Valuation taken Mar-May
