Conveyance by Frederick Stanley Rickards of Alfreton gent., Thomas Stanley Piggin of Nottingham estate agent, and Benjamin Rickards of Alfreton gent. to Gladwin Turbutt of Ogston Hall esq. of a messuage at Handley, with the Croft including the homestead (one acre 37 perches), the Bottom Close (2 acres pne rood 22 perches), Middle Close (3 acres 2 roods 38 perches), Upper Close (3 acres 3 roods 6 perches), the Holley Meadow (1 acre 11 perches), Near Pasture (2 acres 3 roods 13 perches), the Dumble Wood or Plantation (3 roods 30 perches), the Ox Pasture (6 acres 1 rood 17 perches), the Middle and Upper Pastures, now one (9 acres 2 roods 11 perches). Considerations: £120 paid to Benjamin Rickards and £1084 paid by Turbutt into the bank of England under the terms of an order in Chancery in the care Rickards v. Rickards. Dated 6 May
