Recital of mortgage in fee by lease and release (20/21 February 1818) by Richard Haslam of Ketlington (county Nottingham) miller to Job Denham in consideration of sum of £800; and death of Richard Haslam intestate, his heir being his sister, Sarah Milward of Handley, and death of Sarah intestate, her heir being Thomas Milward, her son.
