Title
Holland family final concords, common recoveries, and other deeds:
Deed of partition by way of lease and release made between Thomas Holland of Ford and Cornelia his wife, Samuel Rooth of Stretton yeoman and Sarah his wife, Adam Slater of Chesterfield apothecary, and Jeremy Higginbotham of Woodhead in the parish of North Wingfield yeoman, reciting an agreement between Holland and Rooth to make an equal partition of lands of which they are seized as tenants in common in Norwood in the parish of North Wingfield, whereby Holland and Rooth convey to Slater and Higginbotham, one messuage and outbuildings, the croft, the Pye Ridding (3 acres 2 roods), and 1 acre 1 rood of Badger Meadow, to hold in trust for Holland; and the Ox Close (4 acres 3 roods 30 perches), a cottage and garden and the rest (3 acres 2 roods) of Badger Meadow, to hold in trust for Rooth.
