Lease and release by Thomas Towndrow of Higham yeoman to Joseph Wilson of Alfreton gent. in trust to secure to Wilson certain sums of money advanced to Towndrow to meet his mortgage and other debts, of the Near Chapel Cliff and the Far Chapel Cliff (10 acres 2 roods 10 perches) in Shirland, and the Hopthorn and the Oaks (6 acres 30 perches) in Brackenfield, and the Ox Closes and Flowery Meadow in Brackenfield (12 acres).
