Conveyance by John Taylor of Ashover Hay farmer and Fanny Annie Millward Taylor his daughter to William Gladwyn Turbutt of Ogston Hall esq. of one fifth-share in all those three closes on Woolley Moor in the parish of Morton, formerly an allotment under the enclosure award of the manor of Stretton, and also of and in a close adjoining, all which four closes are called Fox Holes (2 acres 2 roods 26 perches), New Lands (3 acres 3 roods 17 perches), Far Common Piece (2 acres 3 roods 23 perches), and Near Common Piece (3 acres 3 roods 5 perches).
