Bargain and sale to make a tenant to the precipe by William Wilmot of Shirland farmer (eldest son and heir of James) to Gustavus Thomas Taylor of Holborn (co. Middlesex) gent., reciting the will of Richard Hole (T489), leaving his real estate in Brackenfield to nephews John and James Wilmot or Willimat, of a messuage now divided in three, and the Hodge Croft and Hodge Leys, containing 11 acres; and a moiety of a messuage (now divided in two) and garden, and of the Butterfields (10 acres), and of Taylors Croft (one acre); and a moiety of a messuage (now divided in three) and garden.
