Title
The Two Ox Closes and the Stubbing, Woolley:
Deed of partition by lease and release made between Francis Elliott of Higham Hill farmer, John Stevenson of Woolley Mill in the parish of North Wingfield miller, James Crofts of Woolley in the parish of Morton carpenter, and John Snibson of Wirksworth gent., reciting 1] Elliot's estate in one third-part of lands in Morton and North Wingfield as in M37M/T467-468, and 2] Stevenson's and Crofts' estate in two third-parts of lands as in M37M/T460-1, whereby Elliott, Stevenson, and Crofts convey to Snibson, the premises as named, to hold the Croft or Elliot Close to the use of Elliott; to hold the Far Stubbin or Christin Stubbin to the use of Stevenson; and to hold the remaining lands to the use of Crofts. Consideration £85 paid by Stevenson and Crofts to Elliott. Dated 4/5 March
