Lease and release by Rt. Hon. Sir Joseph Banks of Overton and of Revesby Abbey (co. Lincoln) gent. to John Stevenson of Woolley miller and James Crofts of the same place carpenter of two third-parts of the Croft, the Little Pingle, the Henry Pingle, the Kiln Stubbing, and the Christin Stubbing, now known as the Croft (one acre 3 roods 3 perches), the Far Stubbin (4 acres 2 roods 4 perches), the Near Stubbin (4 acres 3 roods 28 perches), the Wren Park (10 perches), and the Lane (30 perches), all at Woolley in the parish of Morton. Schedule of deeds appended. 1692-1793. Consideration £387 9s. Dated 24/25 March
