Elliots Croft:
Deed of petition made between Francis Elliot, John Stevenson of Woolley Mill in the parish of North Wingfield miller, and James Crofts of Woolley in the parish of Morton carpenter, reciting that Elliot, Stevenson, and Crofts are between them seised in fee of the whole of the premises as in D37 M/T216-217, whereby, for making ownership and occupation easier, they release to John Snibson of Wirksworth gent. on trust, the Elliot close (for Francis Elliot), the Far Stubbin or the Christin Stubbin (Stevenson), and the Near Stubbin, otherwise Hill Stubbin, and the Wren Park otherwise Small Pingle (Crofts).
