Lease and release by James Hawkesley of Handley in the parish of North Wingfield yeoman to Richard Milward of Tibshelf baker of a messuage in Brackenfield, the Pasture, the Calf Close, Little Close, the Over Close, and the Kirchief, containing together 12 acres, formerly all one parcel called Cappell Moor Piece, and one other close called the Scaldwell (one acre), all being in Brackenfield, to hold in trust to the use of George Hawkesly of Tibshelf ironmonger (son of James) for life, then to the use of Mary, wife of George for life, etc. Dated 16/17 October
