Final concord made between John Town plaintiff and Sir Charles Sedley and Elizabeth his wife of a moiety of two messuages, two barns, 40 acres land, 20 acres meadow, 40 acres pasture, and common of pasture in Wessington, and a moiety of all manner of tithes. Fine £60. Dated Michaelmas in 3 weeks.
