Mortgage by demise for a term of 500 years by Thomas Fidler of Wingerworth farmer to Richard Wilkinson and Bernard Lucas of Chesterfield merchants, devisees in trust named in the last will of Godfrey Heathcote of Chesterfield esq. deceased, of the Storth House Farm, together with a certain piece of land on the north side of the Carr Flatt otherwise Carr Flatt Close (4 acres 29 perches). Consideration £200; interest 5 per cent.
