The description reads as follows: Sketch Plan of Skeggerleg Farm.18c. Scale: no scale shown. Size: 30 x 50 cm. Materials: coloured ink on paper. Centred on: SK385582 Notes: compass rose, west at top. Drawing of farm in elevation with 24 acres of land on both sides of River Amber, possibly showing grassland and arable: 10 fields named on terrier, areas given: endorsed in pencil 'Old Plan of Skeggerley Farm and part of Dairy Land'.
