Title
Articles of agreement made between Robert Allisbrook of Hollins in the parish of Crich gent, and Henry Bourne of Spital, Humphrey Oldfield of Holmgate, William Wragg of Stretton, and Thomas Clay of Higham, whereby Allisbrook demises to Bourne and company of all those coalmines or veins underlying lands in the manor of Stretton called Barn Close, the Croft below the House, to hold for as long as marketable coal may be obtained by means of the sough or level carried near the same, paying £45 a year for each acre of land so worked. 2 Apr
