- Assignment by Beresford of terms of 600 years in Nags Head to Erasmus Darwin, younger, in trust for Dr Darwin
- Lease and settlement by Dr Darwin on Susanna and Mary Parker of Ashbourne of two messuages formerly the Nags Head and pew in Ashbourne church to Darwin's use for life with powers of revocation by deed or will, then to separate uses of Susanna and Mary Parker, their heirs and assigns with powers of appointment sole or covert
- Covenant between Darwin and Misses Parker that Darwin's executor shall assign to Misses Parker fixtures, household goods, furniture and household linen in Darwin's house in Ashbourne within one month of Darwin's death powers of revocation
