Administrative History
Henry Hadfield Cubley was born 20 Oct 1858 at Newark, lived in Matlock Bath from 1886 and died at Congleton 26 Jun 1934. He was well known for his landscape and countryside scenes, many of which were used as illustrations for postcards issued by Raphael Tuck Cubley exhibited at the Brimingham Salon and at the Royal Academy, London
