Title
Sale and quitclaim by Matilda, daughter of Richard son of Levenad, of Longisdon [Longstone] to Mathew of Longstone, son of Thomas clerk of Bakewell, of a toft and croft with 3 acres of land and 1 rod of land in vill and extr' [? clearings] of Parva Longisdon [Little Longstone] together with a certain ditch [fossura] leading from the vill's highway to the marsh meadow next to the toft of her sister Julia, namely that toft which Thomas Scalevig once held from Matilda; for which quitclaim Mathew paid 8 shillings silver. Witnesses: Robert of Stanton, Robert of Calver, Peter of Rowland, Adam son of Peter, Mathew of Reyndon, Robert son of Alexander, Launcelin of Stokes, William del Highlow, Thomas of Offerton, William ?Pymcerna of Bakewell, and others.
