Counterpart quarrying lease for 4 years from 18 Feb 1882 by Revd Henry John Longsdon and other trustees to William Millington and Joshua Millington both of Calver, quarrymen, of piece of land in Little Longstone 1 acre 3 roods [rods] 19 perches to quarry chertstone and deposit refuse on second piece of land 5s yearly rent and 2 6d royalty on every ton of chert. In any year in which rents do not amount to £25 lessors may give 3 months notice. Lessees may give 3 months notice to expire on 30 Jun next. Inset plan 18 Feb 1882
