Post obit covenant by William Longsdon of Little Longsdon, esq., to Revd Henry John Longsdon that William's executors will pay Henry John on 26 Mar within 4 years of William's death £2000 with 3½ interest in interval, secured as charge on 28 acres 2 roods [rods] 33 perches held in ring fence by William Wager. 25 Mar 1861. Memorandum of payment of £200 in part payment of capital, 30 Sep 1873.
Further memorandum of clearance of charge by Henry John Longsdon by deed poll of 10 Jun 1876
