Title
J W Lace at Bromsgrove to Fanny [Lace]. Their study getting pretty comfortable - has a thick drugget with pattern like a carpet and a very neat rug. Nice light room looking over street. To have a washing stand put up today and a blind - candle without a blind looks very dismal. Tharold has brought a very nice bronze inkstand and expecting a candle lamp soon. Started to use chilblain ointment - thinks chilblains due to sitting in school with cold feet - and as good deal of snow on ground exercise except on half holidays out of question - all went to a concert last night - only 1 singer, a very powerful man - lecture recital.
