Title
John Longsdon to Father
Date
5 Aug 1811
Description
Writer may go to Harwich on Friday next to embark for Heligoland - probably there a month. Agreed this morning with Mr M that if father wants to pay him give it to Miss M but if he prefers to wait until he comes, that is alright. Miss M needs some money.
Manufacturing affairs in best order writer ever saw them provided F [Finch] pays minute attention to orders which makes so much complaint in his last. J Barker left for Northampton this morning.
